For those of you who subscribe to my blog via e-mail (and those of you who don’t, for that matter!), I want to let you know that I’ve upgraded my subscription system.
Let’s hear it for new and improved!
Messages will still be sent just once a day (and only if new content has been posted on my blog), and the transition should be relatively seamless… that said:
- If you originally subscribed to Alphabet Salad via Feedburner, I have transferred your existing subscription to the new service and you shouldn’t need to do anything but sit back and read the messages each day! Please let me know, though, if you have any issues (e.g., not receiving e-mail, receiving duplicate messages, etc.) and I’ll do my best to sort them out.
- If you subscribe to Alphabet Salad via Jetpack/WordPress.com, I have added your subscription to the new service; however, I am unable to remove your subscription from Jetpack/WordPress.com as it’s set up so that only you yourself can do so. This means that unless you take a second to unsubscribe from Jetpack/WordPress.com notifications for Alphabet Salad, you may end up receiving two e-mail messages from me – and though I hope you still wish to continue reading my blog, I’m sure you only need to be told about it the one time! My sincere apologies for the inconvenience if this does happen (and it actually might not, as I’ve disabled the plugin – I guess we’ll just have to see!).
For those of you who aren’t yet Alphabet Salad subscribers… well, now’s your chance to test out my new subscription form – it’s right over there at the top of the sidebar on the right-hand side of the blog (or, if you’re on a mobile device, scroll down… you should find it at the bottom of the post).
