Once again I’ve had a very busy week of tangling, yet ended up with what seems like very little to show for it – but my latest big project is now complete (more on that below!), so I am ready to move on to something new. Welcome to another Tangled Tuesday!
Tangled Goodies
I was excited to not only make my first sales of colouring pages via my new Ten Thousand Tangles shop on Etsy, but also to have the purchasers send photos of their finished colouring work to me. Such fun! If you’d like to check them out, I’ve shared them on my Ten Thousand Tangles Facebook Page.
P.S. Do YOU sell on Etsy? If so, please leave a link to your shop in the comments section below so that I – and my readers – can drop by and take a look!
New Tangles
This week I learned just two designs – Abundies and Zeta, both from TanglePatterns.com – but my tangle practice sketchbook is already prepped with several more, so I have no shortage of patterns to keep me busy in the days to come!
Tangling in Progress
This week I continued my (incredibly time-consuming) 9″ x 12″ piece with a single repeating tangle pattern (Bunzo) over a watercolour wash, and shared this work in progress photo.
But then… well, let’s just say that copious quantities of caffeine one day kicked in, which resulted in a very late night of artwork and…
Finished Projects
…I finished the project!
The colours in this photo are rather washed out (hey, it was late and I was VERY tired when I took the picture!), but I’m planning to take the finished piece to the print shop for scanning, so hopefully when I share that image you’ll get a better idea of how it actually looks.
Finally, I’m afraid I didn’t get to The Diva’s Challenge this week. Hopefully next time!
