My dream job

Thank goodness the latest US election is over… and along with it the politics-related blogging prompts. Even I can get tired of thinking and writing about such things! I’m more than happy to move on to other topics of conversation now.

NaBloPoMo November 2012 Prompt
Thursday, November 8, 2012:

If you could have any job (and instantly have the training and qualifications to do it), which job would you want?

This one sets me to dreaming!

My dream?

I would love to be the founder and editor of an online blogzine/web community – a creative, thought-provoking, aesthetically-pleasing space – for and by aspiring writers, photographers, and artists.

No problem, right?!

Unfortunately, while being instantly granted the necessary training and qualifications would certainly help in such an endeavour, a significant infusion of capital would also be required in order to make this dream a reality.

Perhaps some day when I win a lottery (must start buying tickets!), I’ll get going on that.

What job would you want?

Laurel Storey, CZT – Certified Zentangle Teacher. Writer, reader, tangler, iPhoneographer, cat herder, learner of French and Italian, crocheter, needle felter, on-and-off politics junkie, 80s music trivia freak, ongoing work in progress.
