I mentioned on Friday that this month’s NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month) “Photo” theme includes daily inspirational photo prompts. Fun, huh? Always up for a new creative challenge, I thought I’d jump on board and take a shot at doing all of them… and so far, so good!
Starting with Friday’s selfie, the photo prompts have all been about me, me, me. Today’s MicroblogMondays post seemed like a good space to share the shots I’ve taken so far, along with a bit of an explanation for each.
Hope you enjoy!
May 2 – Your Passion
Whether it’s writing or tangling or taking and editing a million photos with my iPhone, my passion truly is creating. I get such a thrill of satisfaction with both the process and the end result when my brain and hands work together to craft a unique and tangible expression of what I see and think.
May 3 – Your Feelings
The lovely (and fluffy!) Oscar stood in for me as an expression of my feelings at the time – a sense of peace and calm on a beautiful, warm Spring evening.
May 4 – Your Energy
My energy comes from connecting with people in a meaningful way. It doesn’t necessarily have to be through deep, heartfelt talks – sometimes having a whole lot of social fun together is meaningful! – but when it comes right down to it, I’m never more energized than when I’ve spent quality time in the company of others.
How would you express your passion, feelings, or energy?
