Archive 2004: Dishcloth #2

(Note: This post was written by Laurel Regan and originally published in a separate blog called “Fibre Yarns”, which was later merged with Alphabet Salad.)

Adapted from LiveJournal entry originally posted October 23rd, 2004:

I started and finished Dishcloth #2 today, and I’m really pleased with it! I used a slightly bigger hook this time (5.00mm instead of 4.50mm), and I think I prefer the end result. Unfortunately, it’s too big to capture on my scanner, so pictures will have to wait until the next time I’m near a digital camera.

As an aside, I discovered that just because they sell it at the dollar store, doesn’t mean it’s necessarily a good deal! Remember those three balls of Bernat cotton I bought for $2.00 each? They’re around $1.50 at Zellers. *sigh* Ah well, live and learn!
