Well, I’m afraid that today’s post is going to be overwhelmingly Oscar-centric (are you sick and tired of seeing photos of my cats yet?!). Thing is, when I read this week’s Photo Friday prompt word – blissful – I immediately thought of our fluffy boy, who is about the most delightfully blissed-out cat I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Whenever we see him lying on the floor in total blissful, fluffy abandon, we joke that we have an Oscarskin (instead of bearskin) rug.
